I have been working for Chase Bank for the last 20 years and have been originating mortgages for 19 years. I've learned to reduce stress for realtors by preparing pre-approvals for a smooth and quick closing. The Chase branch right by Peninsula High School is where I work. Complicated files and self-employment clients are what I specialize in. I was born in Japan and came to the U.S. when I was a child. I've lived in the mid-West, East Coast, and arrived in Southern California about 30 years ago. I am married with 2 sons. I like playing baseball and basketball with my sons. We attend a Baptist church in Gardena, and that's where we spend our time on the weekends. Our family loves Japanese food!
